Find your footing, gain clarity, and keep moving forward.

When anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or relationship struggles begin to take over, it can feel exhausting trying to carry everything alone.

About Connie

A down-to-earth space for honest conversation and meaningful change.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, grief, shame, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach is conversational, intuitive, and grounded in both life experience and clinical training. My role is to help you find your footing, gain clarity, get unstuck, and keep moving forward — even when the path feels steep.

I create a space where honesty, curiosity, and self-compassion can begin to grow, because real change happens when people feel emotionally safe.

Therapeutic Approach

At its core, my work is about helping people reconnect with themselves emotionally, relationally, and creatively.

Therapy does not need to feel cold or overly clinical to be meaningful and effective. Laughter, metaphor, curiosity, and moments of shared humanity are welcome here.

Slow down

We can make space for what feels overwhelming instead of rushing past it or carrying it alone.

Make sense

We can explore old patterns in a way that creates insight instead of shame.

Move forward

We can build practical tools that support steadiness, boundaries, self-trust, and emotional regulation.
