Ventura Therapy Office • California Telehealth

Therapy that feels real, grounded, and human.

A lot of people come to therapy after spending years trying to hold everything together on their own. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Together, we can slow things down, make sense of old patterns, and begin understanding what may be keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted.

About Connie

A down-to-earth space to talk honestly about what is weighing on you.

My approach is conversational, intuitive, and grounded in both life experience and clinical training. My aim is to create a space where people can feel safe to be honest without feeling judged, analyzed, or rushed.

I support people in looking at the deeper story underneath what they are carrying. Sometimes that includes old hurt, shame, grief, relationship patterns, substance use, or ways of coping that once made sense but no longer feel helpful.

“Therapy does not need to feel cold or overly clinical to be meaningful and effective.”

At its core, my work is about helping people reconnect with themselves emotionally, relationally, and creatively so they can move through life with greater clarity, agency, and self-compassion.

I believe therapy does not need to feel cold or overly clinical to be meaningful and effective. Laughter, metaphor, curiosity, and moments of shared humanity are welcome here.

My goal is to create a space where people feel safe enough to slow down, speak honestly, understand themselves more deeply, and begin responding to life differently.

  • Slow down what feels overwhelming
  • Explore old patterns in a way that creates insight instead of shame
  • Build emotional regulation and grounding skills
  • Strengthen boundaries, communication, and self-trust
  • Reconnect with your values and your own inner wisdom
